Do certain packs have certain blessings that all members share? Or does the alpha choose it so long as its in the group? or does the person who is in the pack choose it?

The person joining the pack can choose which uncommon blessing they recieve...it's is theirs as long as they are a member of the pack and cannot be transferred upon character death like most other blessings.
