questions about 2005 xmas blessings

OK, the first was about how many times each blessing can be used. as it's not mentioned on the blessings list and i was wondering if they were all infinite use ones. Bandido ahs already told me that she'll look into it for me, but i'm impatient, sorry.

the second is about the no-blessing rule in the human lands. I have a dog that belongs to a human char, and i wanted the dog to have the red velvet ribbon blessing. i was wondering if she could still wear the ribbon in the human lands.

1) Yes, Wolfy hasn't replied to me yet. But soon as I catch her online over one of the messengers I'll ask. but so far, I haven't so still be patient.

2) Given it's a blessing, the rules still apply. Even though it is simply a ribbon that prevents attack, what would a human think if their dog was fighting a rabid wolf and wasn't getting touched? Honestly, I'd say no because it is still a blessing and it wouldn't be fair to bend the rules.
